Composite stock price index (CSPI) in today’s trading, Tuesday (10/01/2019), will get positive sentiment from the greenness of European and US stock indices in the last trade in September.

Based on Reuters data, the S&P 500 index closed up 0.50 percent at 2,976.73, the Nasdaq Composite index climbed 0.75 percent to 7,999.34, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average ended up 0.36 percent at 26,916.83 .

Meanwhile, the Stoxx Europe 600 index closed up 0.4 percent and ended September with an increase of 3.4 percent, the best monthly gain since June.

Head of Reliance Sekuritas Research, Lanjar Nafi, said that the JCI technically breaks out the 5-day moving average support even though the stochastic and RSI indicators are still optimistic.

According to him, JCI is approaching the lower support level of Bollinger bands which are at the level of 6,130 and this will become support if the JCI is confirmed to be unable to whipsaw MA 5 in the near future.

“So we project that the JCI will move back to try to strengthen above the MA5 level at the support level of 6,130-6,240,” he said.

Shares that are technically attractive include; LSIP, AALI, JPFA, TPIA, BRPT, SIDO, HMSP, MYOR, BBNI, BBTN, IMAS, ADRO, INDY, ADHI, WIKA, AKRA, UNTR.
